SARAJEVO, May 20 (Xinhua) -- Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) coach Robert Prosinecki on Monday announced the list of 24 players for the matches against Italy and Finland in UEFA European Championship 2020 qualifiers.
During the press conference, Prosinecki said he invited five new players and that team will try for a good result.
"We will try to have a good result. I know that the match with Finland is the most important one," Prosinecki said, adding that the team will have eight days to prepare.
Prosinecki added that the match with Finland will be difficult, but that the BiH team has the right approach.
When it comes to the match with Italy, Prosinecki said that Italy is a favorite at the Championship and that it will be a very good match.
BiH will play against Finland on June 8 in Tampere, and three days later, on June 11, BiH will play against Italy in Turin. Italy has a maximum 6 points in Group J, BiH and Greece 4 points, while Finland has 3 points.
