Pakistani couple Hira Khanzada and Ghulam Mustafa Wassan, who gave themselves Chinese names Lin Qing and Ma Ke, are doctoral students major in genetics and breeding in Jiangxi Agricultural University. Sharing common interests on plants, they fell in love in Islamabad, and came to China together for further education in 2010. Now they have cultivated rapeseed flowers in 13 colors under the lead of their supervisor Fu Donghui, among which seven colors are in stable condition. They have decided to stay in China after graduation to carry on their career in innovative agriculture. Since the Belt and Road Initiative was put forward six years ago, the two "arches" have stretched out on land and sea. Brilliant talents emerge, passions of youth spark, sweet loves sprout, and magnificent ambitions thrive.
